Hello everybody, it's been a while I know, sorry about that, I wanted to share with you the winner of my challenge, if you want to read the rules, go to my older entry and you'll see what I'm talking about
if you're interested to hold the same contest, tag me and do so, it's very fun for you and for the participant
so let's begin, first of all, I want to congratulate you all for your wonderful entries, I know it sounds cliché, but for me you're all winners, I hate saying somebody won and somebody didn't, and I hope this little challenge is gonna make you take part in other contests
so let's begin
we have here 3 entries: from
all of them took their time to redraw the fanart they wanted and give it a personal touch which I appreciated very much
as I said before, some good artists I know here from deviantart gave their own critics and advices that I will post just down below
here are their thoughts about the drawings 1-Oh she's cute! *u* I notice here that her face is a bit too round. (bit too much space between the eye and ear.)
Putting the ear closer to the eye will give a more proportionate face. Love the glow effect!
2-A very cute entry with a great lighting technique! I love the glow around the character, it makes her seem very mystical! And the sense of movement in her hair makes for a very dynamic composition! I do believe you could've taken your artwork a step further by means of adding more colour and lines! For example, her hair could've had more variations of yellow and maybe even orange to make it more dimensional! But overall, it's really awesome!

the person really redid your drawing but she added her style. the effect in the hair is good and the halo around her is a good idea. I wouldn't have put shadings in black but in a darker shade of her own skin color, and I would have put the colors of the halo in some places as well (reflection and highlights maybe)
4-I took the liberty of looking at the artists home page and this piece really shows how she incorporates her own art style while recreating your original. It's very adorable, and I'm happy she took the time to participate in the challenge!
1-I love the red outline and Marceline's fierce face!
One thing is that there is a bit too much space in the left side. Adding an object that fits with the picture will give
a nicer touch to the whole drawing. Overall love the style!
2-What an amazing artwork! I love the use of colour in this piece and the bright pink outline really makes the character stand out! The shading technique is really smooth and very well done. A simple yet elegant concept! I only think that the background's hue/contrast could've been altered to make the character stand out even more! Other than that, I really love this artwork. I believe that this piece should win, because it displays a great sense of technique and concept. It's very enchanting to the eye!

I love her face very much, also the pink highlight around the hair that reminds me of a sort of light, Too bad we're not seeing it in other places to highlight some parts of the dress/hair to bring the drawing forward who's too dark. the pose stays the same like the original drawing, I think it should have more contrasts light/dark to bring the drawing forward
4-WOW! I really like this one, I remember when you created this and I almost thought that this was yours only to see it's a challenge peace! It's absolutely stunning, and you are so right the contrast of the pink with the green really makes her stand out. Marceline has always been one of my favorite characters from Adventure time, and I feel like this peace presents her in a different way. Usually she's rough and edgy but here she looks cute, her nose is adorable and the dress that she is wearing is very beautiful. Yet we can still she is mischievous because of her eyes, and her little smile. Overall very well done, a wonderful homage to lili-tomato!
1-Awww she looks charming! Adding a bit more darker shadows will really make her pop!
She's adorable and the star is too!
This is such an adorable drawing, the lineart is really well done and I love how the line weight varies from thick to thin. Overall, I love the idea and I think you really succeeded in the cuteness factor! However, I think you could've taken this drawing a step further by adding more shading, the contrast would've given it more depth. Other than that, excellent job!

I really appreciate the style that the person gave to Rosalina with thick and stylised outlines. the lack of colors is not shocking here, it's good as it is. her face reminds me the face of a little pony.^^the rough frame is a good idea. I would have accentuated some lines like the hair roots
4-There are differences between this and the original but I really like this. To me this seems like a younger version of Princess Rosalina making this picture really stand out because the artist took lili-tomato's original and interpreted it in a completely different way. I really like the nose I think that's it's adorable and the jewelry is more obvious in this one compared with the original. Of course some things are still the same: her dress and hair. However I feel like I would have connected more if it was colored, but sometimes I know that the artist doesn't want to color it because it looks beautiful in black and white. Overall job well done!
the majority of the votes went for : congrats you won
but as I said for me you're all winners, and this is the reason why I encourage you all to still continue improving, we all do
so I hope you'll read those and CONGRATS TO YOU ALL <3 <3 <3
